You must turn up on time for weigh in.
WEIGH IN IS 7:30 – 8:30 AM on the day, you can weigh in from 6:30pm to 7:30pm the day before.
If you weigh in more than the category you have entered for the Hosts will charge £25 fee (CASH ONLY) to change your category (really messes everyone about)
If you are a A class Senior, Junior or Cadet, you will need ELECTRONIC SOCKS. You can buy them from here: https://www.kico.co.uk/product/electronic-foot-socks/
You will need a British Taekwondo Licence. If you don’t have one, please purchase here: https://www.questtaekwondo.club/product-category/membership/

Why a coaching fee? Each coach has to pay British Taekwondo £115 a year to coach! Simon and Saskia are official BT Coaches (£230 cost, not going mention fuel costs getting there!)
£5 goes towards the cost of coach’s fee’s each year. That means we would need 46 competitors each year to break even.
